Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase (except for discounted items). You can return your product for store credit, a different product of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unused and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use for full refund

If you would like to exchange your items for a different colour or size, we suggest placing a new order and returning your unwanted items to us. To request a refund for the returned items please email us on our contact email below with your original order number. Once we received your items back we will place a refund to the original payment method.

If you are returning items for a full refund, please email us with your order number and return tracking information. Once we received your items back we will place a refund to the original payment method.

Please make sure that you’re happy with your choices before submitting your order, returns postage is at the cost of the customer.

Quality control is very important to us here at Stay Salty Co and we try our hardest to check our stock for defects before shipping. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@staysaltyco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
