Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of equal value, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use for full refund

If you would like to exchange your items for a different colour or size, we suggest placing a new order and returning your unwanted items to us for a full refund.

Please make sure that you’re happy with your choices before submitting your order, returns postage is at the cost of the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@staysaltyco.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
